- Our office staff is available during these hours for calls, updates, and general inquiries.
- Weekends: Rotating agent coverage
- While we may not be available for every incoming call, we do monitor messages and follow up on leads and urgent matters as needed.
🏡 Open Houses
- We typically recommend one open house per month depending on your property’s activity and market conditions.
- Our team will work with you to schedule and promote open houses for the best exposure.
📲 Showing Feedback
- We always aim to collect and share showing feedback within 24 hours, though this depends on buyer agent response.
- We follow up proactively to gather feedback, but cannot guarantee all agents will respond.

- While we strive to provide timely communication and strong marketing, please know that not all aspects of the process are within our control (e.g., market shifts, showing agent availability, etc.).
